We are looking for a nursery apprentice to join an amazing nursery located in Eltham, London SE9 2JY.

Aims

1. Provide high standards of care and education to meet the individual needs of all children, with support.
2. Adhere to all company policies and procedures at all times.
3. Develop positive working relationships with staff, parents, and carers.

Key Responsibilities

1. Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
2. Act as a positive role model.
3. Contribute to maintaining high quality standards within the nursery, including practice, environment, and resources, in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage.
4. Prepare and supervise activities with support.
5. Supervise and support children at all times.
6. Ensure equality of access and opportunity for all children, parents, staff, and visitors.
7. Maintain children's safety and report safeguarding concerns.
8. Maintain a positive attitude with children, parents, colleagues, and visitors.
9. Develop and maintain professional relationships with colleagues, parents, and carers.
10. Ensure confidentiality where appropriate.
11. Follow health and safety policies, and undertake shared responsibility for cleanliness and safety.
12. Work as part of a team to uphold the company's values.
13. Attend meetings and training as required.
14. Perform any other duties reasonably requested by the line manager.

Qualifications
