We are seeking Nursery Assistants to work full time in a Nursery in Brighton, East Sussex. You will nurture and stimulate children aged 2-5 years of age while fostering academic, personal, and social growth. This Nursery Assistant position is Monday to Friday, and the hours will vary between the opening times of the Nursery, which is 7:30am-6pm (working days and hours can be flexible- please discuss this at the point of registration). You will be joining a very hard-working, dedicated and friendly team that is passionate about giving the children the start to their education by teaching them independence as well as teamwork. You will be expected to be flexible across all ages from 0-5 years of age. They use the outdoors to engage children whilst still focusing on the curriculum.

This wonderful nursery in Brighton is based by the beach, therefore the nursery is very lucky to offer beach school as well as yoga sessions! They are looking for apprentices to gain a Level 3 qualification in Childcare- this will be on an apprenticeship wage (in line with minimum wage) once you are permanent at the nursery. The apprenticeship takes approximately a year of training, written and online learning. Ideal Candidate
