Job summary

Grandir UK Limited in Nottingham is seeking a Nursery Administrator for Ruddington Day Nursery to join our team. You will help maintain high standards, support staff, and ensure smooth daily operations in a nurturing, forestschool-inspired environment.

The role offers a salary of £26,437–£27,456 (depending on experience) with regular pay reviews and enhanced family and wellbeing benefits, plus opportunities for career progression within Grandir UK.

Responsibilities

• Promote high standards of quality within the nursery
• Support and supervise playroom staff with their day-to-day duties
• Deploy staff appropriately to ensure that the required standards are delivered and maintained within the rooms
• Ensure the effective implementation of the nursery keycarer procedures and allocate children to keycarers appropriately
• Ensure that practice and provision in the nursery meets the requirements of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
• Provide professional, relevant feedback to parents/carers about their child
• Promote the nursery to current parents and potential customers
• Develop open and positive working relationships with staff
• Ensure that all staff develop and maintain friendly, professional relationships with parents and carers

Ruddington Day Nursery in Nottingham is looking for a organised and enthusiastic Administrator to join our team.

Ruddington Day Nursery is a happy and friendly nursery, a place where children can thrive in a nurturing environment. We’re an established Forest School set in the picturesque village of Ruddington, Nottingham. Our facilities are designed to offer a blend of comfort, safety, and natural beauty. What will you be doing
