Family First Nurseries is seeking a caring Nursery 1:1 SEND Practitioner for Stepping Stones Day Nursery in Totton. You will support children with SEN, plan EYFS-based activities, and build strong relationships with families to foster a nurturing learning environment.

As a Nursery 1:1 SEND Practitioner you’ll help children learn, play, and grow in a safe, engaging environment. You will:

• Plan fun, age-appropriate activities aligned with the EYFS
• Build trusted relationships with children and families
• Work collaboratively to maintain a happy, supportive atmosphere

About You

You’re compassionate, reliable, and committed to making a difference every day.

• Have knowledge and experience working with SEN children
• Confident written and spoken English
• Experience in an Early Years setting
• Knowledge of EYFS and safeguarding best practices
