Job description

Salary: Grade 9 - £40,476 to £45,718 per year

Location: Daisy Chains and Poppy Fields Nurseries, Scunthorpe

Hours: 37 hours per week

DBS: Yes, Enhanced with Barred List Check

This is a Permanent, Full Time vacancy that will close in 7 days at 23:59 BST.

The Vacancy

We require an experienced, confident, and enthusiastic nursery manager for the Council nurseries, Daisy Chains and Poppy Fields.

As Nursery Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the nurseries, coaching and mentoring the team to maintain high standards across education, care, and compliance.

You will oversee parent partnerships, work closely with support services and social workers, and have in-depth knowledge of the EYFS statutory regulations and legal duties. An excellent communicator with an eye for detail and organization, up-to-date safeguarding knowledge, and a genuine passion for early years education are essential.
