Exemplar Health Care’s Willowbeck care home in Sheffield is seeking a Nurse Unit Manager to lead the night shift nursing team, maintain high care standards and ensure governance compliance. You’ll act as Named Nurse for residents, overseeing care plans and medication management with a supportive leadership team.

As a registered nurse with an NMC PIN and post-registration supervisory experience, you’ll inspire the team, drive improvements, and deliver person-centred care in a busy home setting.
