Exemplar Health Care's Fairwinds care home in Rotherham is seeking a Unit Manager (RGN, RMN, RNLD) to lead a nursing and care team on a designated unit, with 42 hours per week across days and nights. The role offers £20.73 per hour and reports to the Clinical Nurse Manager to ensure high-quality, person-centred care.

As a Registered Nurse, you will deliver strong leadership, oversee care plans, and manage medicines while supporting staff development in a supportive environment that values
