Exemplar Health Care in Immingham is seeking a Nurse Unit Manager for Havenmere to lead the nursing and care teams on the unit and ensure high-quality, person-centred care. You will report to the Clinical Nurse Manager and drive clinical governance, safety and service improvements.
This senior role requires strong nursing leadership, post-registration management experience, and the ability to motivate a multidisciplinary team to deliver excellent standards of care.

Contract type : 42 hours per week (12 hour shifts), days and nights
Rate : £22.95 per hour
