Exemplar Health Care's Havenmere care home in Immingham is hiring a Unit Manager (RGN, RMN, RNLD) to lead a nursing and care team and drive quality care. You will work under the Clinical Nurse Manager to uphold high standards on your unit and empower staff to deliver person-centred care.
You must be a registered nurse with an active NMC PIN and have post-registration management experience. This role offers strong development opportunities within a supportive, well-staffed setting.

Contract type: 42 hours per week (12 hour shifts), days and nights
Rate: £22.95 per hour
