Are you the candidate we are looking for? At Shaftesbury Treetops we are recruiting for a Registered General Nurse.

About the role

You will be required to hold a valid NMC Pin and provide the details to Shaftesbury. Your duties will include ensuring the highest standard of clinical care is provided to all people supported. You will be involved in assessments, medication administration and care planning implementation and evaluation.

Treetops is a high-dependency, residential care home providing 24-hour nursing and personal care for adults with disabilities, most of whom are younger. People at Treetops have a wide range of individual choice, enabled by active support from staff. The service takes a person-centred, flexible approach.

Responsibilities
  • Provide high standard clinical care to all supported people.
  • Conduct assessments, medication administration and care planning.
  • Implement and evaluate care plans.
  • Support the team to deliver person-centred, flexible care.
Qualifications
  • Valid NMC Pin.
  • Experience in high-dependency residential care.
  • Passion for compassionate and community-minded workforce.
