We are seeking for motivated ED and ward nurses to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care to individuals requiring further observation, assessment, or treatment. You will work alongside a multidisciplinary team, contributing to clinical decisions, patient recovery, and timely discharge.

The post holder will be responsible for the shift co-ordination of one of the key areas within the emergency department e.g. Streaming and Triage, Ambulance Handover, Resus, Majors and CDU.
You will ensure that patient care is of the highest possible standard and provide advice and support to all staff working in the area.
You will be responsible for the development, monitoring and auditing of standards for use in the clinical area.
You will ensure that care delivered in the clinical area is of the highest quality, supported by research and in accordance with local and national policies, procedures and guidelines.
The successful candidate will collaborate with other key staff in the clinical group, maintain effective use of bed availability by timely and effective admission and discharge.
