A leading healthcare provider in Birmingham seeks a compassionate and proactive Nurse Team Lead to manage a varied Nursing Team and ensure high-quality patient care in a busy GP surgery. This role involves overseeing staff, providing excellent patient service, and leading clinical responsibilities while developing the nursing team. Ideal candidates should have relevant NMC registration, strong leadership skills, and a committed approach to patient care.
We are seeking a compassionate and proactive registered Nurse to be our Nurse Team Lead, and support the delivery of high-quality patient care within our busy GP surgery.
The successful candidate will be working across our 3 sites to lead our varied Nursing Team.
Primary care experience is desired but not essential.
This will be a varied role including nursing clinics and management of the Nursing team as a whole.
Providing excellent patient service with combined communication skills. A confident manner and the ability to remain calm under pressure are essential attributes of any applicants.

Working in accordance with the UKCC Code of Conduct, the post-holder will lead and develop the Practice nursing team in the provision of assessment, treatment, screening, health education services and advice to patients.
The post-holder will develop the team including Nurses, HCA's and Phlebotomists. Agree protocols and guidelines to provide nursing treatments to patients both independently and in participation with nurse colleagues and general practitioners.
The post-holder will have the required level of training and competence and will work within patient group directions where these are available. A nurse with prescribing qualifications will use them appropriately.
