Our service in Denbigh is looking for a Staff Nurse

What you’ll be doing:

  • Nurses are required for a recovery-focused, person-centred service working with individuals to achieve meaningful positive outcomes.
  • Shifts of days and nights including weekends with flexibility to meet your availability.
  • Supporting adults through 24-hour nursing within a mental health care home.
  • Promoting recovery through individualised care planning and support, enabling individuals to integrate into the community and move towards more independent living.
  • Assessing and monitoring the physical and mental health of the people we support daily.
  • Providing excellent working conditions, with opportunities for further training and development, and working in a unique environment.

Who you are:

  • Establishing and maintaining good relationships with the people we support, their relatives, and staff.
  • Assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating person-centred care plans that meet individual needs.
  • Leading shifts with support from the home manager, clinical lead, and a team of experienced support workers.
  • Providing coaching, training, and support to the team.
  • Undertaking medication administration.
  • Ensuring privacy, dignity, and respect for the people we support at all times.
  • Maintaining good relationships with external bodies and commissioners.
  • Must hold a valid NMC PIN.
