Qualifications

• Minimum 2 ans d'expérience en tant qu'infirmier enregistré au Royaume-Uni.

Cornerstone Healthcare is looking for a passionate and experienced qualified Nurse to join our award-winning team at South Africa Lodge. South Africa Lodge is a 99-bedded service providing high-quality care across 6 specialised units, supporting residents with complex care needs and providing a safe, comfortable living environment.

Our approach focuses on individualised care, considering the whole person and their unique challenges, rather than just the diagnosis. We are currently rated GOOD with CQC.

What do you need?

• Minimum 2 years' experience working as a Registered Nurse within the UK with a valid NMC pin (RMN desirable)
• Experience working with adults with complex needs, including challenging behaviours and mental health issues
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, forming positive relationships with colleagues, residents, and families
• A caring and empathetic approach to residents and visitors
• Effective communication skills (both written and verbal)

What hours will you work?

Total average of 40.25 hours per week

What will you be doing?

• Organising and delegating workload to ensure effective delivery of residents' care by skilled staff
• Assessing, planning, and evaluating care needs
• Overseeing care provided by Healthcare Assistants & Senior Healthcare Assistants
• Participating in clinical meetings and reporting concerns
• Maintaining comprehensive documentation
• Respecting residents' and staff's confidentiality, dignity, and privacy
