What is involved
We invite you to our open day on Wednesday 11th June 2025 at Chestnut House, Tawe Business Village, Swansea SA7 9LA.
Whether you are a newly qualified nurse or have many years of experience, you can progress whether you’re part-time or full-time, with even more flexible options. With 11 nursing services across South Wales, we have a location suitable for almost everyone.
During the open day, we will provide information on all our services and opportunities to speak with managers. There will also be interviews on the day, with the chance to receive conditional offers if successful.

Our Welsh services feature a full multidisciplinary team, including Advanced Practitioners in Moving & Handling, Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, PBM Practitioners, SALT, and access to a Consultant Psychiatrist, all supporting our residents.
What’s involved
Assess residents’ physical, psychological, and social needs; develop care plans considering their lifestyle, gender, and background; involve patients, families, and the multidisciplinary team.
Continuously evaluate care needs, ensure records are up-to-date, and seek ongoing improvements. Communicate effectively about aging and health, providing daily support to maximize comfort, dignity, and independence, fostering a supportive environment for physical and mental well-being.
Lead shift teams, supervise colleagues, organize duties, and support staff development.
