Bluebell View Care Home in Oswestry, Shropshire, is seeking an experienced, nurse-qualified Home Manager to lead a modern home delivering residential, dementia and nursing care. You will drive quality, governance and occupancy growth while maintaining regulatory readiness and a strong local reputation.

You will build a capable leadership team, oversee budgets, and ensure high standards of care across all services, shaping the home's future success.

Qualifications

• Experienced nurse-qualified care home leader with a record of leading nursing and residential services.
• Experience increasing occupancy, building local reputation and developing external partnerships.
• Strong understanding of CQC regulations, clinical governance and safeguarding.
• Ability to recruit, engage and develop high-performing teams and hold people to clear standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead the leadership, quality and commercial performance of Bluebell View.
• Maintain governance, regulatory readiness and high standards across residential, dementia and nursing care.
• Drive occupancy growth and build relationships with families, healthcare professionals and commissioners.
• Develop the home’s leadership team, strengthen recruitment and retention, manage budgets and align performance with resident care.
