Responsibilities of the Clinical Lead Nurse Role:
• To direct and support staff with the creation and maintenance of Care Plans and Risk Assessments that are “Person Centred”. Ensure that these are followed and evaluated at regular intervals.

• To support new staff in their induction as directed by the General Manager/ Manager

• To act as a clinical and professional role model, assessing and supporting students and learners on placement within the clinical area etc.

Requirements of the Clinical Lead Nurse Role:
• Nurse Qualified
• Ideally you will have already had experience of working within a care home setting in a nurse role.
