The Willows Care Home in Great Linford, Milton Keynes, invites applications for a Nurse Qualified Care Manager. You will lead clinical excellence, coordinate nursing and care services, coach staff, and drive quality improvements while maintaining strong resident-focused care.

As Care Manager you will support the Home Manager, manage on-call rota weekends/evenings, and ensure regulatory compliance with CQC standards.

Formación

• Nurse with active PIN (NMC registered).
• Experience in nursing/care home settings for older people.
• Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and legislation.

Responsabilidades

• Provide leadership on clinical excellence across the home.
• Coordinate and coach staff to ensure high-quality nursing and care services.
• Manage on-call rota and support the Home Manager to maintain resident wellbeing.
