MID SUFFOLK MEDICAL CARE PC seeks a dedicated Nurse Practitioner to join a growing team in central Suffolk County. The provider will conduct comprehensive assessments, diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions, and develop personalized treatment plans within a collaborative clinical setting.

• Active New York State Nurse Practitioner license.
• Board certification (Family, Adult, or relevant specialty).
• DEA registration (or ability to obtain).
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply.
