motivated experienced Nurse Practitioner to join our Team at our William Brown Centre, Peterlee. The successful candidate will be an exceptional team player with good communication and interpersonal skills who is enthusiastic and committed to join the team on a permanent basis. The ideal candidate will have a sound background in chronic disease management, first contact and telephone triage, assessing treating and reviewing all ages and conditions. The candidate must have at least two years' experience as a Nurse Practitioner and hold a non-medical prescribing qualification. The role requires travel between the main and branch sites of the practice, therefore the successful candidate must have means of transport and drive, mileage will be reimbursed at the company rate.
