Job Overview

Healthcare professionals are needed to provide medical services to support the Military Treatment Facilities and Health Clinics within US Army Medical Command, Regional Health Command Europe, and other DoD agencies including US Navy and US Air Forces in Europe.

Position: Nurse Practitioner

Qualifications
  • Degree: Master's degree in nursing.
  • Education: Graduate from an accredited nursing program recognized by ACEN or CCNE.
  • Certification: Certified as a Nurse Practitioner by the ANCC, AANP, or other recognized organization.
  • Experience: Minimum of two (2) years clinical experience as a Family Nurse Practitioner in the last 3 years.
  • Licensure: Active and unrestricted RN license in the U.S. or territories.
Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive nurse practitioner services including screening, medical care, examinations, immunizations, diagnosis, treatment, and counseling.
  • Supervise and educate staff, deliver educational lectures, and participate in training.
  • Diagnose and treat common conditions and minor trauma, in consultation with physicians as needed.
  • Promote preventive care and health maintenance through education and counseling.
  • Collaborate with healthcare team members and communicate effectively with patients and families.
  • Recognize infection control needs and ensure safety protocols are followed.
  • Participate in staff meetings, case discussions, and quality improvement initiatives.
  • Support deployment health assessments and operational clinics as required.

This position is eligible for support under NATO SOFA articles 72 or 73.
