As a Registered Nurse Practitioner, you will perform core clinical nurse practitioner responsibilities and engage in ongoing training to expand your skills and consultation range. The role is varied and interesting, covering long-term conditions along with general practice nurse duties, with training and support provided.
You will see patients at the practice for various health conditions, diagnose, prescribe, refer, and manage their health needs. You will manage your workload and enter all data onto the electronic patient record using relevant coding.
The role involves working 24 hours per week over three days, including a share of minimal Saturday shifts.
Located in a busy market town in South Norfolk, 26 miles from the nearest hospital, we have a fantastic team supporting each other, including nurses, HCAs, admin, dispensary staff, and specialists like social prescribers, pharmacists, physiotherapists, and community nurses.
