Responsibilities

• Provide safe, effective nursing care during minor procedures across multiple specialties.
• Prepare patients, equipment and procedure areas per infection control policies.
• Assist in minor surgical and diagnostic procedures, ensuring patient safety and comfort.
• Monitor patients during and after procedures and respond to changes in condition.
• Provide discharge information and advice per Trust policies and individual care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments per Trust protocols and NMC guidance.
• Ensure accurate documentation of nursing assessments and outcomes.
• Assist in setting up clinics and support healthcare assistants.
