Job summary

The Meriden Hospital, part of Circle Health Group, is hiring a Registered Nurse to join the Minor Procedures Unit. The role is full-time (37.5 hours per week) with a permanent contract and a salary up to £36,000 depending on experience and qualifications.

You will deliver direct nursing care, update care plans, and work within a multidisciplinary team to ensure safe, effective patient care. Circle Health Group offers extensive benefits and development opportunities across its nationwide network

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse (Adult) with valid NMC registration.
• Demonstrable experience in a clinical healthcare setting.
• Good understanding of clinical governance and patient safety.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct nursing care in line with patient care plans and clinical protocols.
• Assess patient needs, prioritise care, and update care plans accordingly.
• Maintain accurate nursing documentation, including assessments and observations.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families and carers to provide information and reassurance.
• Support patients in understanding their condition, treatments and recovery.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to provide high-quality care.
• Identify and report incidents and safeguarding concerns per hospital procedures.
