Are you a Registered Adult Nurse or Midwife who is passionate about reproductive healthcare?
We are looking for a Nurse or Midwife Practitioner to join the team in our MerseysideCluster working 28 hours per week on Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays. More details can be found in the further information section below.
The Role
As a Nurse or Midwife Practitioner you'll provide high quality clinical care to our clients across a range of BPAS reproductive healthcare services including termination of pregnancy, STI testing & treatment, contraception & vasectomy. You'll be involved in all stages of the client pathway from consultation through to treatment & will work in all areas of the unit including theatre & recovery. This role involves providing treatment & clinical information to clients both in person & over the phone.
About You
You'll be a Registered Adult Nurse Level 1 or Midwife (practising) with active NMC registration. You'll have clinical practice experience of at least 12 months & have a keen interest in sexual health & reproductive healthcare. Clinical knowledge & experience of safeguarding & Fraser/Gillick competencies are essential for this role.
With excellent interpersonal, communication & listening skills you'll be adept at caring for clients in a compassionate & empathetic way. You'll also be comfortable using IT & Microsoft Packages including Outlook & Microsoft Teams.

Further Information
Salary: £38,219 - £44,625 per annum depending on skills and experience, and pro-rata for part time hours.
Shift Pattern: 28 hours per week over the following days:
Locations:
One unit will be classed as your base unit with mileage paid to the other 3 as per the expenses policy.
