Nurse Manager of Addiction and Eating Disorder Clinic

Sirona Medical is seeking an experienced Nurse Manager for our private sector client, which provides private acute mental health and addiction services (inpatients and day patients) and runs extensive private outpatient clinics. Some private beds are used by the NHS when no NHS trust beds are available.

Role Description:

• Coordinate the quality and management of nursing care, client care, and the clinical environment with 24-hour staffing responsibility.
• Participate fully with the multidisciplinary team and undertake direct client care.
• Manage and direct the delivery of nursing services within the client's service, ensuring compliance with statutory regulations, current legislation, and quality standards.
