Nurse Manager of Addiction and Eating Disorder Clinic

Sirona Medical is seeking an experienced Nurse Manager to oversee a private sector clinic providing acute mental health and addiction services, including inpatient, day patient, and outpatient care. Some private beds are occasionally used by the NHS when NHS trust beds are unavailable.

Role Responsibilities:

• Coordinate the quality and management of nursing care, client care, and the clinical environment.
• Maintain 24-hour responsibility for staffing and operational management.
• Participate fully with the multidisciplinary team and undertake direct client care.
• Manage and direct the delivery of nursing services, ensuring compliance with statutory regulations, current legislation, and quality standards.
