We are recruiting for a Nurse Manager - Haemodialysis. The post-holder will be an experienced renal trained nurse, working in partnership with the Matron as an integral part of the Nurse Management team, promoting the principle of cross-site collaboration and teamwork. The Nurse Manager will be accountable for the line management of nursing staff, demonstrating clinical and managerial leadership, enabling the units to provide the highest standards of care and minimising any risks to service users.
The Nurse Manager will be accountable for the budget management for the Lister Dialysis unit and provide effective leadership for all nurses, clinical support workers, admin staff, and ward Housekeepers employed by the service.
The successful candidate will be a member of the Directorates Management team providing expert advice and direction on nursing and clinical governance issues and be a role model for renal nurses, representing the department and Trust as required and identified by the Lead Nurse, Clinical Director, and General Manager.
