Join to apply for the Nurse Manager role at High Point & Affiliated Organizations.

Program & Location: Plymouth Inpatient, ATS/CSS/Section 35 Units

Licensure: Current and unrestricted license in Massachusetts as a Registered Nurse

Pay Range: $100,006 to $135,200 salaried, depending on experience

Status: Full Time, Monday to Friday, 8am-4:30pm

Nurse Manager Requirements

Nurse Manager Duties & Responsibilities

  • Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations, including HIPAA and 42 CFR Part 2
  • Monitor patient care, medication administration, and medical coordination
  • Assist with discharge planning and crisis counseling
  • Provide psychoeducation and ensure adherence to best practices
  • Participate in staffing, policy review, quality assurance, and staff supervision
  • Manage inventory, budgets, and participate in quality improvement initiatives
  • Attend meetings and mandatory trainings

Nurse Manager Qualifications

  • 5-8 years of direct care experience in behavioral health/substance use treatment
  • 2-5 years supervisory experience preferred
  • Current and unrestricted RN license in Massachusetts
