Job description

We’re working with a highly respected charitable care home in Pinner, rated ‘Good’ by the CQC, to recruit an experienced Nurse Manager. This is a key leadership role within a unique care structure, offering the responsibility and scope of a Nurse Manager-level position in a non-profit setting.

What You’ll Do:

As Clinical Lead, you’ll oversee clinical standards and provide hands-on leadership to the nursing and care teams. You’ll work closely with the Head of Clinical Services to maintain high-quality care and ensure full regulatory compliance.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading and managing the clinical care team
  • Supporting staff development and mentoring
  • Carrying out assessments, audits, and care planning
  • Ensuring compliance with CQC and safeguarding standards
  • Providing clinical leadership across both day and night shifts

What We’re Looking For:

  • Registered Nurse (NMC PIN required)
  • Experience in a senior nurse or leadership role, ideally within a care home
  • Willingness and flexibility to work both days and nights
  • A passion for person-centred care in a non-profit environment
  • Strong leadership and people management skills
