Job summary

Komplex Care in Telford is looking for a Care Assistant to join a nurse-led team delivering specialist care at home for adults with lifelong clinical needs. You will follow detailed clinical care plans and support ventilation and equipment in a home setting.

Join a dedicated team providing compassionate, patient-centred care with ongoing nurse-led clinical oversight. The role offers 3 x 12‑hour day shifts (8am–8pm) and a range of training and wellbeing benefits.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence.
• Experience in care or confidence undertaking clinical training.
• Excellent attention to detail and situational awareness.
• Ability to follow detailed clinical protocols consistently.
• Basic IT skills for communication and record-keeping.

Responsibilities

• Providing personal care, medication and clinical interventions.
• Managing ventilation and specialist equipment as required.
• Monitoring clinical observations and recognising deterioration.
• Maintaining accurate records and escalating concerns immediately.
