Job summary

Nationwide Care Services is seeking compassionate Complex Care Assistants to join our growing team in Telford, Wellington and Newport. You will deliver person-centred care in clients’ homes, building trust and consistency across shifts and care plans.

We offer permanent contracted hours with paid induction and ongoing training, a mileage allowance, and a supportive team environment to help you develop in complex care.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months UK care experience.
• Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Providing personal care and support with daily living.
• Supporting clients with community access and social activities.
• Accompanying clients to theme parks, concerts and other leisure activities.
• Supporting clients to maintain independence, choice and dignity.
• Building positive and trusting relationships with clients.
• Following individual care plans, routines and safety procedures.
• Responding appropriately to complex care needs, including epileptic seizures.
• Supporting non-verbal clients with patience and understanding.
