Akari Care Limited, a trusted provider of personalised nursing and residential care, seeks dedicated nurses to join our permanent team and make a real difference to residents. You will lead hands-on clinical care and mentor a team, creating a warm, inclusive environment where residents feel secure, valued and respected.

We offer a minimum £21.20 per hour, a 3% pension, annual NMC fees paid, Wagestream access, 28 days leave and funded training, plus up to £1,500 welcome bonus for eligible nurses.

Qualificações

• Registered nurse with an active PIN and no restrictions.
• Proven ability to lead by example and mentor a team.
• Coaching style leadership to empower colleagues.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Flexible and adaptable to changes at short notice.
