Bank Nurse – £21.63 per Hour

You will work in a welcoming 20-bed nursing facility in Johnstown, near Carmarthen, specialising in care for individuals with physical disabilities. The service offers en-suite rooms, communal lounges, a sensory room, and a physiotherapy space, alongside the latest care technology to give you more time with residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver the highest standards of care by assessing residents’ needs and wishes, and enhancing their quality of life.
  • Promote independence and personal choice, reviewing and updating care plans to meet physical, social, and psychological needs.
  • Oversee all aspects of medicine management in line with policy and legislation.
  • Build positive relationships with visitors and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and best practice guidelines, proactively identifying and resolving risks.
  • Support, mentor, and guide colleagues in line with the NMC Code.
Skills & Experience
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to analyse problems and suggest improvements.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to develop professional relationships.
  • Confident using IT and communication systems.
