Maximus is seeking a Nurse Functional Assessor to join our UK health and employment services team. You will assess how a disability or health condition affects daily living and produce PIP reports for DWP decisions, handling complex physical and mental health cases with compassion.

You will receive tailored training, ongoing support and mentorship, with flexible, full-time, part-time and hybrid working options, plus strong CPD and career progression opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must hold valid NMC registration.
• At least 1 year post-registration adult or mental health experience.
• Right to work in the UK; sponsorship not offered.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Proficient with computer software to type and produce detailed reports.

Responsabilités

• Conduct telephone, video or face-to-face assessments.
• Produce PIP reports for DWP eligibility decisions.
• Provide ongoing feedback, supervision and mentorship.
