• Have no current restrictions to practice
• Demonstrate strong communication, assessment, and report-writing skills

• Guaranteed £2,000 salary uplift within your first year (subject to approval milestones and contract)
• One‑off approval bonus of 5% of salary

About the role

As a Functional Assessor, you'll use your clinical expertise in a new and rewarding way, carrying out functional assessments that support individuals applying for health‑related benefits. This role allows you to apply your clinical judgement while enjoying regular working hours, no night shifts, and no weekend work.

You’ll be part of a supportive, multidisciplinary team delivering high‑quality, evidence‑based assessments. Based at one of our UK centres, you'll benefit from a structured working environment, comprehensive training, and clear career development pathways.

What you'll need
