Job description

CK Group are recruiting for a Nurse Educator in Diabetes, to join a diagnostics company in a field based role covering the East Midlands, and covering East Anglia, on a contract basis for 6 months.

Salary:
Daily: £180 PAYE or £230 UMB/LTD.

Nurse Educator (Diabetes) Role:

  • Delivering high-quality training and education to both healthcare professionals and patients in primary and secondary care settings.
  • Provide technical device training to support best practices in diabetes management.
  • Supporting a Continuous Glucose Monitoring (CGM) system, ensuring healthcare professionals and patients are confident in its use for effective diabetes management.
  • Patient support & empowerment - training patients on CGM.
  • Provide technical guidance on use of CGM to patients and healthcare professionals.

Your Background:
  • Current or previously registered nurse (RN).
  • Previous experience as a Diabetes specialist nurse or equivalent (DSN).
  • Experience in delivering training to healthcare professionals and patients.
  • Strong understanding of diabetes management, medication, monitoring and lifestyle interventions.
