Job description

• Assess and monitor patient health by performing physical examinations and obtaining medical histories.
• Develop and implement individualised care plans based on patient needs and medical conditions.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, ensuring accuracy and safety.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and improve health outcomes.
• Educate patients and their families about health conditions, treatment options, and preventive care.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations.
• An RGN or RMN, with experience in a care home setting caring for older people.
• You will have a kind and caring approach with a passion for delivering the highest possible standard of care and support for the residents.
• You will have excellent communication skills
• You will work well within the team, leading, supporting and training junior staff members,
• You will have previous experience in motivating the team.

• The Care Home based in Crewe is a privately owned care home offering a wide range of care including residential, nursing, respite, palliative and intermediate care. The home is close to local shops and amenities and is easily accessible by public transport
• £18.50- £19 per hour
• No Paid breaks on 12-hour shifts
