Qualifications

• RN license in NH or a Compact State.
• BSN required.
• ANCC certification within 18 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Performs all duties of a Staff RN as necessary.
• Provide anticipatory planning related to patient, staffing and unit needs.
• Support development of nursing staff through mentoring and role modeling and education.
• Review patient outcomes and engage in unit-based improvement initiatives.
• Apply research to design, implement and evaluate patient plans of care.
• Communicate organizational information and model interdisciplinary collaboration.
