Hallmark Luxury Care Homes is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide outstanding clinical care across our homes. You will lead the clinical team and champion relationship-centred care, dementia care, and high-quality clinical standards.

As a valued member of our family-run team, you will collaborate with the Clinical Care Manager, participate in care-plan audits, and communicate effectively with residents, families, and colleagues to ensure compassionate, person-centred care.

Qualifikationen

• Qualified RN/RGN/RMN with experience in delivering high-quality, relationship-centred care.
• Strong clinical knowledge and ability to lead a clinical team.
• Experience in dementia care and delivering compassionate, person-centred care.

The Role: Registered Nurse

Join us as a Registered Nurse, where you'll play a pivotal role in delivering outstanding clinical care to our residents. As a Registered Nurse, you'll leverage your robust clinical knowledge and exceptional people skills to elevate standards in relationship-centred care, clinical excellence, and dementia care throughout our home.

Your Responsibilities:
