As a Nursing Associate at STEPS, you will provide hands-on, person-centred care as part of our interdisciplinary team. We deliver high-quality, holistic care to clients with complex rehabilitation needs, supporting their independence.
You will collaborate with nurses, physiotherapists, speech and language therapists, psychologists, and occupational therapists to deliver comprehensive care and rehabilitation services.
Your role involves ensuring clients receive high-quality, holistic nursing care throughout their journey with us. You will support clients with respect for their privacy and dignity, promoting independence, and aligning with STEPS' values and behaviours.

STEPS is a purpose-built 23-bedroom rehabilitation facility on Abbeydale Road, Sheffield, providing high-quality care from a range of medical and rehabilitation specialists. It offers a comfortable, homely environment with access to advanced therapies and equipment, including robotic and VR rehabilitation tools.
Our interdisciplinary team includes consultants in rehabilitation medicine, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, speech and language therapists, neuropsychologists, neurologic music therapists, prosthetic and orthotic specialists, and experienced nurses in complex care. Salary ranges from £28,400 to £30,700 per year, pro-rata, with a generous benefits package.
