Hybrid | UK-Based | Full-Time & Part-Time Available

About the Role

A leading provider of functional assessments on behalf of the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) is looking for experienced healthcare professionals to join their team as Nurse Assessors. This is a role where you will use your clinical expertise to assess individuals applying for benefits and provide objective, evidence-based reports.

  • No hands-on clinical work – Instead, you’ll conduct in-depth discussions and assessments with claimants.
  • Hybrid working model – Work from home with just a minimum two days per week on-site.
  • Structured, office-hours schedule – No night shifts, weekends, or unpredictable hours.
  • Comprehensive training provided – A 6-week full-time training program to support a smooth transition into the role.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Valid NMC registration (registration remains unaffected in this role).
  • Minimum of 12 months' experience as a Nurse
  • Ability to complete 5 weeks of full-time training (on-site or remote).
  • A quiet home workspace for conducting assessments. Right to Work in the UK (sponsorship is not available).

Benefits & Salary:

  • Starting salary of £37,800
  • Monday to Friday, 8:30 am – 4:30 pm (37.5 hours per week)
