A national health organization in Sunderland is seeking qualified nursing staff for various NHS continuing care roles. Candidates must possess excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a team-oriented approach. Responsibilities include leading multi-disciplinary teams and managing the appeals process. This opportunity requires a registered nurse and offers a collaborative work environment.
We currently have a number of exciting opportunities to join the All Age Continuing Care Nursing and Case Management teams. These posts cover all of NHS continuing care, including adults, children, and complex case management.
There are a variety of positions, including case management and nurse assessor roles at band 6. These roles will be ICB-wide, covering the North and South of the region, with bases at the nearest ICB location to your home.
These roles are fast-paced and interactive, involving work with patients, families, clinicians, and other partner agencies. They require good communication skills, attention to detail, and a team-oriented approach. Training on the relevant software will be provided.
