As a Functional Specialist, you will play a crucial role in helping claimants navigate the claim process by conducting engaging consultations.   • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant legislation, policies, and best practices.
  • Provide clear explanations to clients regarding the assessment process and outcomes.
  • Participate in training and development to enhance assessment skills and professional knowledge.

Essential Criteria
  • Hold a valid licence to practice as an occupational therapist, nurse, physiotherapist, paramedic, or doctor.
  • Be fully registered with the appropriate licensing body (HCPC, NMC, GMC).
  • Have at least one year of post-registration experience.
  • Have the legal right to work in the UK.
  • Possess a valid driving licence or access to reliable transport.
  • Successfully pass a government Baseline Personnel Security Standard vetting, including a DBS or Access NI check.
