Duties & Responsibilities
  1. Conduct three comprehensive assessments per day, evaluating clients' physical and mental health to assess their functional abilities.
  2. Prepare detailed and accurate reports based on assessment findings.
  3. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop tailored care plans.
  4. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant legislation, policies, and best practices.
  5. Explain assessment processes and outcomes clearly to clients.
  6. Participate in ongoing training to enhance skills and knowledge.

Essential Criteria
  • Hold a valid license to practice as an occupational therapist, nurse, physiotherapist, paramedic, or doctor.
  • Be fully registered with the appropriate licensing body (HCPC, NMC, GMC).
  • Have at least one year of post-registration experience.
  • Legal right to work in the UK.
  • Possess a valid driving license or access to reliable transport.
  • Successfully pass a government Baseline Personnel Security Standard vetting, including a DBS or Access NI check.
