Salary: Up to £40,000 per annum + Monthly Bonus

We are seeking passionate and dedicated nurses to serve as Brand Ambassadors for OneCall24. These ambassadors will be influential community representatives involved in exciting campaigns.

OneCall24 is a rapidly growing UK healthcare recruitment company, established six years ago, with multiple offices and over 3000 healthcare professionals including nurses. Our ambassadors are vital in helping us reach new heights and play a leadership role within our team.

Responsibilities

1. Be the public face of OC24, representing the brand positively through actions and behavior.
2. Utilize word-of-mouth marketing to enhance brand awareness.
3. Understand and communicate the company's vision, mission, goals, and services at various events.
4. Network with health professionals to promote the program and foster a progressive attitude toward the profession.
5. Create awareness of OC24 by engaging with clients and candidates in the care sector.
6. Engage professionally and amicably with prospective and current candidates.
7. Collaborate with managers to execute monthly campaigns and promote OC24 initiatives.
8. Create and share content on social media to encourage interaction and attract new clients and candidates.
9. Provide ongoing feedback about activities and campaigns.

Requirements

1. Qualified Band 5 Nurse or higher, with current NMC registration.
2. Availability to work 36 hours per week.
3. Must be employed directly by OC24 (PAYE).
4. Excellent communication and written English skills.
5. Strong interpersonal skills to liaise effectively across departments, clients, and candidates.
6. Willingness to travel within the geographical area.
7. Own vehicle access.
8. Eligible for monthly bonuses and overtime.
