Location: Dorset

Shift Pattern: Day shifts

Basic Salary: up to £40,000 per annum + Monthly Bonus

We are looking for passionate and dedicated nurses to work as Brand Ambassadors with Onecall24. Ambassadors will be key influencers in the community and will take part in exciting campaigns.

Responsibilities

1. Be the public face of OC24
2. Represent OC24 positively through actions and behavior
3. Utilize word-of-mouth marketing to generate brand awareness
4. Understand the company’s vision, mission, goals, and services to effectively represent the brand at various events
5. Nurture a progressive attitude toward the profession by networking with other health professionals and informing them of the program
6. Create awareness for OC24 by interacting with other ‘customers’ in the care sector
7. Engage with prospective and existing candidates professionally and friendly
8. Work with the manager to deliver monthly campaigns promoting OC24 and implement the company’s promotional strategies at events
9. Support OC24 by creating and uploading content to social media to encourage public interaction, drive brand awareness, and attract new ‘customers’
10. Provide ongoing feedback about activities to OC24

Requirements

1. Qualified Band 5 Nurse or above with current NMC registration
2. Availability to work 36 hours per week
3. Direct employment with OC24 – PAYE
4. Excellent communication and written English skills
5. Strong interpersonal skills to liaise effectively across departments, clients, and candidates
6. Willingness to travel within your geographical area
7. Own vehicle access
8. Monthly bonus structure and competitive salary with overtime opportunities
