Role: Respiratory Nurse Specialist
Location: Northamptonshire
Therapy Area: Respiratory - Asthma and COPD
Salary: Negotiable competitive salary depending on experience, bonus, car/car allowance, NMC/RCN fees, and additional package benefits
Hours: Standard working day would be 8.30-5.30, but this would be dependent on the travel to the practice location.

This is an exciting opportunity to work as a Respiratory Nurse Specialist as part of an expanding National Respiratory team, delivering the highest quality of care to improve patient outcomes in line with local and national guidelines working in primary care. As a specialist nurse advisor with an intimate understanding of national treatment guidelines, you will work together with patients and practices to assist healthcare professionals to deliver the most up to date care for their patients.
The client is a leading service provider driving healthcare strategies to deliver measurable outcomes in Respiratory, Diabetes and Cardiovascular disease areas.
Essential:
First Level Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) Registered.
A recognised qualification or diploma in Asthma/COPD.
Full UK Driving Licence.
ARTP qualified.
Hold the ENB 998 teaching and assessing course or equivalent.
This role will suit a patient-focused NMC registered nurse who can demonstrate experience of working in Asthma and COPD.
Spirometry experience.
Previous nurse advisory experience is desirable, together with strong interpersonal skills, and a keen desire to deliver fantastic results with a consistent patient focus.
Excellent planning & organisational skills along with confident driving ability.
