Job Opportunity: Registered Mental Health Nurse

An exciting new job opportunity has arisen for a committed Registered Mental Health Nurse to work in an exceptional mental health hospital based in the Romford, Essex area. You will be working for one of UK's leading healthcare providers.

This service helps patients rebuild confidence, self-esteem, and hopes for the future. Care is provided over two wards, offering an age-appropriate environment for those with mental health/personality disorders and/or mild to moderate dementia, in need of physical health care.

Requirements:

To be considered for this position, you must be qualified as a Registered Mental Health (RMN) with a current active NMC Pin.

Key duties include:
  • Providing a high standard of care to people with mental illness and personality disorder
  • Developing therapeutic relationships to optimise patient engagement
  • Following all codes of conduct, standards, and legislation, respecting the rights of others, and promoting ethical practice
  • Contributing to patient assessments, creating a care plan with the individual, and monitoring progress
  • Leading shifts and mentoring/supporting student nurses and team members (senior role)

Compensation and Benefits:

The successful candidate will receive an excellent salary of £38,596 per annum DOE. Vacancies are available for both day and night shifts. Benefits include:
