Overbury House is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse to provide exceptional clinical support and care to our residents. We value our nursing staff as a vital part of our team and are committed to supporting you in your role.
As a Registered Nurse at Healthcare Homes Group, your responsibilities will include caring for residents' physical and psychological needs, administering and managing medications, and maintaining effective communication to meet care goals. You will assist with new admissions and discharges, ensuring confidentiality is upheld. Candidates must hold current NMC registration, possess up-to-date clinical knowledge, and have experience in writing detailed care plans, including risk assessments and dietary plans. A solid understanding of regulatory frameworks such as MCA/DoLs is essential.
